FOXBOROUGH — The New England Patriots have added two new players to their practice squad, with wide receiver Shaquelle Evans and offensive lineman Ian Silberman joining the team.With Evans and Silberman added and fullback Glenn Gronkowski not at practice Wednesday, it would appear Gronkowski has been released.Evans, 25, is a former UCLA receiver who was selected by the New York Jets in the fourth round of the 2014 NFL draft.
